During this time, you can return your order to our warehouse in Asia without providing a reason. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent within the 30-day window.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all attached tags intact. The items must be suitable for resale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale are excluded from refunds. However, they can be exchanged for another item or converted into a store credit.
- Buy 1+1 offers: Both items in the offer must be returned together. No refund or credit will be issued if only one item is returned. However, exchanging for another size or color of the same product is possible.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prices vary depending on the shipping provider and the origin country.
Return Processing Time
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse in Asia, it will be processed within 10 business days. After processing, you will receive a notification regarding your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
