Delivery Time
We process your order within 24 hours (order confirmation, adjustments, quality control, and packaging). Please note that during weekends or holidays, processing times may vary slightly. After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Canberra Boutique offers free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track & Trace page on the website to monitor your order status.

Damaged Products and Disputes
- Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Disputes: In case of discrepancies, we offer a partial refund as a resolution. Contact us to find the best solution.
Lost Package
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered, we will send a new package at no additional cost.
Delivery Failures or Pickup at the Post Office
If a package is not picked up from the post office or delivery location, it will automatically be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold 25% of the refund.
Cancellation Policy
- PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@canberra-boutique.com to request a cancellation.
- Credit Card: Please note that cancellations are not possible for orders paid with a credit card. If you wish to return your item after receiving it, please refer to our return policy.
